Navin Disintegrators are of simple design and most substantial construction. There is only one revolving part and this needs no adjustment whatsoever, as the fineness of the product is determined by the use of screens of different meshes which are fitted into the lower half of the machine and which can be changed in a few minutes.
The Principle employed is simple that the four beaters revolving at a high speed inside the machine pulverize any material fed into it. The powder thus produced instantly passes through the screens at the bottom and this free escape of the ground material results in extremely rapid grinding with a fine and cool product. The method of grinding is very efficient for a wide range of dry materials and in some cases for wet materials also.
The Beaters that do the grinding are held in a disc of cast iron. The Beaters are made of high carbon steel and also carefully heat treated by a special heat treatment process to the required strength.
The Screens are made of cast iron that fitted with high carbon steel / mild steel Triangular Bars. For different types of work , we make different mesh screens.
The Bearings are made of phosphor bronze metal having self-lubricating rings. The circulation of the rings make the shaft fed by the oil which is stored at the lower part of the bearings and thus allow it to run for weeks without attention.
